Information gathering and usage
When registering for WorkCalmly we ask for information such as your name and email address. This information is used to create your WorkCalmly account and assign the content you make to your account.
We only collect personal data that is required to provide our services, and we only store it insofar that it is necessary to deliver these services.
WorkCalmly collects the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, and information submitted through voluntary activities such as participation in feedback surveys.
WorkCalmly also collects user data as it relates to WorkCalmly usage. This data is used to improve WorkCalmly and the quality of our service.
Your data
WorkCalmly uses vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run WorkCalmly.
Although WorkCalmly owns the code, databases, and all rights to the WorkCalmly application, you retain all rights to your data.
We will never sell your personal data to 3rd parties. And we process and store data inside of Europe.
WorkCalmly's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
We use cookies to store visitors preferences, customize web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Cookies are required to use WorkCalmly.
Security
We use Firebase Realtime Database servers to host all user data. We make extensive use of their built-in firewalls to protect your data against unauthorized remote access.
We verify and manage account access through email/password-based authentication via Firebase Authentication. https://firebase.google.com/docs/auth
We use Stripe to handle our payments, and we never see or store your payment information. https://stripe.com/privacy
Changes
If our information practices change in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward.
